A Hat Made Just For You.

All hat makers measure their hats a little differently. Our Sizing Guide ensures that when you order a hat from us it will be the perfect size for your head. All you need is a customary tape measure and mirror.

Please note: Hats may shrink over time in temperatures over 100°F – Make sure you store Your hat in a cool, dry environment.

Step 1: Find the Widest Part of your Head

Run your hand along the back of your head. You should feel a slight increase in the back of your skull; this is where you’ll need to wrap the measuring tape around.

Step 2: Measure Your Head

From the top of your brow, measure around the back of your head, in a straight line, until the tape measure reaches itself again. Make sure the measuring tape is snug to your head, but not too tight. Keep in mind, the measuring tape is simulating the sweatband of the hat, and if the fit with the tape is too tight, then the hat itself will be too tight.

Step 3: Find Your Hat Size

Using the chart to the right you can determine what your Hat Size is. If your measurement doesn’t exactly match one of our measurements , please choose the next size up, closest to your measurement.

Example: if you measure 221/4 inches, choose the 71/4 Hat Size.

Anticipate How You Will Wear Your Hat

If you plan on wearing your hat tilted backwards, forwards, or to any side, please measure accordingly. Remember, the measuring tape needs to be straight, as it’s simulating the sweatband of the hat, and wearing it tilted might not go across the widest part of your skull.
